What is "Damage Waiver"?

Damage Waiver is 10% of your total rental cost which is NON-refundable.  This will cover the basic wear and tear on all products as well as accidental damages to a reasonalbe extent and DOES NOT cover theft or neglect.  Damage waiver is NOT insurance.

Do I have to pay the damage waiver?

Yes, it is included on ALL rental items unless you can provide us with proof of company insurance.

Booking Deposits

A-1 Rent-Alls requires a 50% NON-refundable booking deposit to secure the item and place it on hold for you.  This can be done by Credit Card (over the phone, email or in store), Debit or Cash (in store).  The only time this will be waived is if you have a business charge account...

How do I get a business account?

You can get a credit application from our front counter staff or by email.  Please note that this may take 5 - 7 business days to complete the credit check.
