Rented a lift that was not working properly. Instructions on how to operate were also lacking. Called to complain and everyone tended to blame "operator error" (me). Don't get me wrong, I am sure they run into a fair share of issues where renters try to get out of paying or whatever. I finally towed the unit back and their mechanic Vinny fixed the sticking sensor issue and also showed us some tips. He was excellent. He also cleared it with the front desk staff that we could have the machine another day as it was not working right. In the end the experience was very good thanks to him. 4 stars simply because of the wasted day (but it was made right).
